Return Policy

At Radiant Veil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item purchased from our online store, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email contact@radiantveil.es with the subject line:

RETURN + Your Order Number

Please include the following information in your email:

Order number
Full name
Email address used for the purchase
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return
A clear photograph of the item

If your return is due to a defective item, damage, or an incorrect order, please also include clear photos of the issue and the packaging you received.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for sizes, colors, models, or products.

If you would like a different item, you must first complete the return process and then place a new order through our website, subject to product availability.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and unworn
Be unwashed and free from stains
Be unaltered and undamaged
Have the original tags attached

We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, including odors, makeup, perfume, tears, or any other indication of use.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility if the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or an ordering mistake.
Radiant Veil Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return request has been approved, we will send you detailed return instructions, including the return address.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that original return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective item, damage, or an error made by Radiant Veil.
